TRAINING ALREADY CONDUCTED
In
2006-07 the 20 days training was given in 2 phase. The first
phase was of 14 days residential training at Block and DIET
level. The second Phase was 6 days' nonresidential
training at the JSK level. The status of teacher training
conducted in 2006-07 is as follows-

Training
DIET is directly responsible for conducting training for the
elementary education. Teacher working in elementary school in
district have various backgrounds, motivation level and
qualification. It is necessary that they are fully oriented in
upgraded content and pedagogical skill. So they are
effectively discharge their right role in the quality issues.
Regularly in service training on inbuilt component of S.S.A.
TRAINING NEED ASSESSMENT
The Training Need Assessment carried in Three ways
(1) Teacher Evaluation;
I) Pre Test Analysis
II) By Action Research Study of DIETs.
III) Result of studies are utilized in district specific
training programme
(2)
Learner Evaluation;
I) Sample copies analysis of 5th and 8th Board Exams.
(3) Monitoring of classroom process
